In a series of short walks and meditations we will immerse ourselves in the darkness, meeting our shadows with loving and fearless intention.

In this seven week series of events we will explore and embrace the darkness of the season and within ourselves. Over the course of the series we will go deeper into the "underworld" to get to experience it's challenges and beauty, and know ourselves and shadows better, before celebrating Solstice with its promise of light.
